    Ok, simple rules for this forum:

    you may post news, but they must be relevant to the vocaloid scene.

    relevant are:

    - News related to the vocaloid software
    - News related to Crypton and Yamaha
    - News related to famous Seiyuus
    - News related to very famous vocaloid songs
    - News regarding new Producers or Groups
    - News regarding Collaborative Efforts
    • if you have a new collaborative release, you may post all information about how it began, how it was finished, who participated and what happened during the production process as a news topic. However you should still post your song in the appropreate original song section and link to that topic in your news topic.

    I read the previous as, "ResoNation's new songs can be announced as news", while the rules do not specifically allow for any collab news outside of "New collabs and groups", which I take to mean, "the formation of new collabs". If I read this wrong, then ignore the following:

    Hold on, don't you think that may be a bit too unfair? The site may be operated by a member of the ResoNation collab group, but I don't think that's reason enough to give ResoNation more news attention than other collab groups' efforts. I would say that new ResoNation songs should be posted along with everyone else's.

    Actually I think all collaborative efforts which produce releases should be allowed to post those in the news.

    However I guess it would be better to be clear on this one:

    Announce Releases in the News?
    Yes, go ahead, but the actual release should still be published in the original Vocaloid or UTAU song section.
    In the news you should take the opportunity, to display to the community, who exactly worked on which part, when the Project started and when it was finished.
    Give the link to the actual topic with the song and provide some insight into the production process.

    That is stuff worthy of the news section.

    Of course if people just dump their youtube embeds in a news topic and let it rot there that would be... very unfortunate for them.
