so how does the grading system in your place work?

when I was younger, we had grade from 1 to 6, 1 being the best, 6 the worst.
in highschool we had 'points' from 0-15, 0 being the worst and 15 the best.

Nah, just a public school. we're lucky enough to have some AP classes offered to us though <3 (it does cost $80 to take the exam tho e.e)

for school in general, we still have letter grades (A, B, C, D, F). for the AP exam, though, they have a number system of 1 - 5: 5 being 'exceptionally well qualified', 4 being 'well qualified', 3 being 'qualified', 2 being 'possibly qualified' 1 being 'no recommendation'. the number score we get determines whether or not we are qualified to skip this beginning AP theory course in college and go straight to the more advanced courses. 8D
