New Function: The VocaDime Market

Hi Everyone!

So, as I said there would be a use for the UserPoints at some point, but I didn't want to focus that on me as a producer, so I came up with a nice system:

Underneath the "Groups" section you will find the "VocaDime Market" section.

that's right: User Points are now named "VocaDimes" xD

you have two forums availiable in the market:

the first to pay 1000 VocaDimes and get your Website link added to the Network for one whole month.

the second to do commissions for VocaDimes.
So you can get the VocaDimes from other Users and actually afford the Network Link.

You get VocaDimes on the board for different actions.
The main amount you recieve through posting though.

This is a very nice idea to stimulate people with helping others! ^^ I'm not sure how much people actually want their links featured, but it sure is nice to have a stimulation to help others out.

EDIT: Also, I want to request that users can NOT get VocaDimes from posting in the spam and forum games boards. It's a bit of a cheap way to gain points and people who don't like randomness will miss out on a lot of VocaDimes like that. (I'm one of those people that's not into randomness a lot.)

What can the commissions be? Does it have to be artwork? Or can we offer other things in return for VocaDimes?

commissions can be any kind of work:

- art
- BGMS
- Melodies
- Oto-file settings
- graphics
